Francine Lee, has made preserves for as long as she can remember. In 2013, she created the award winning Bumblee’s Preserves, made in her Somerset kitchen.
During an event, a local mixologist tried Francine’s preserves & started using them in his creations. Showing that marmalades & jams aren’t just for your toast; you can toast with them too. Since then Francine has worked with Lloyd Brown of the Dark Bear Bar in Bridport to create a range of cocktails using her fruit vinegars & preserves.
Using wonderful ingredients makes it easy to create delicious cocktails & mocktails that will bring out your inner mixologist & impress all your guests.
