We are absolutely delighted to welcome three of our region’s most talented Michelin starred chefs, Josh Eggleton of the Pony & Trap, Michael Caines MBE of Lympstone Manor plus newcomer to Feast, Chris Cleghorn of the Olive Tree. They will be joined by our own amazing Castle kitchen team led by Liam Finnegan.
The evening will begin at 7pm for a Joseph Perrier Champagne & Canapé reception in our grand Music Room, followed by dinner in the Garden Wisteria Room at 7.30pm. You’ll watch the action in the kitchen whilst enjoying the exquisite menu – each course prepared by a different chef and complimented by an expertly paired wine. After dinner, you’ll have an opportunity to meet the chefs.
