As the Head Chef of The Castle Hotel, Liam Finnegan learned from a young age to appreciate the hard work and graft it takes to cook quality food.
His love of the culinary world sprouted from his nanny’s kitchen, where she made him help with the baking to keep him out of trouble. Since then, Liam’s passion and talent blossomed from working in prestigious locations like The George Hotel in Yarmouth, Gidleigh Park and The Bath Priory with Michael Caines.
You can now find Liam at The Castle Hotel, where he runs the award-winning Castle Bow Restaurant as well as the all day restaurant Brazz. His modern British classics are constantly evolving and his menus are created to fully embrace each season.
